Try-on with Belle & Co

December 9, 2019

A few weeks back, you may remember that I shared a try-on with one my favorite local boutiques, Belle & Co. I partnered with them again to bring you several fun looks for the winter season, including a few outfits that would be perfect for the holidays! Belle & Co always offers a range of options across varying price points, including higher-end designer pieces that are perfect for special events. They also have a website so you can order anything you see here and have it shipped to wherever you are – and bonus, you can use my own personal discount code to save 20% on any of the items I have shared here (use code “Pippi20” at checkout)! If you are local, you can swing in and make a purchase in-store, and if you mention my name, you will receive 20% as well! The items I am sharing are a mix of high/low, with some definite splurges, so the 20% savings could really add up if you are eyeing a special piece. Everything is linked and will take you right to their website where you can make your purchase, and this discount is only valid for one week, starting today!

Supporting small businesses, not just at the holidays but all year long, is so important to them and for our communities – I know they appreciate your support!

Leopard Tunic | Spanx Faux Leather Leggings

This leopard tunic is a silky material and is a great length for wearing with leggings. It’s a great option for a night-out or even for a more casual New Year’s Eve look!

Velvet Top | Cropped Spanx Pants

This velvet burnout top is another great option for the holidays. I love that this one can be worn to the office, but makes for a great day-to-night option. It could easily be left untucked and paired with jeans, or you could also throw a black blazer over top! I paired it with these awesome Spanx dress pants that have a flare leg and cropped fit, which I love!

Blazer (I am in a Small)| Cami | Cropped Spanx Pants (I am in size Small)

Here I am wearing the same Spanx dress pants, but paired with a blazer and black cami for a look that is ready for work! The blazer is a red, brown, and light blue glen plaid, and would also work perfectly with denim for a more business casual look.

Sweater Dress (I am in Size Small)| Over the Knee Boots

I am so smitten with this sweater dress – so much so that I want to keep it for myself! Sizing is limited on this one, so I am not going to steal this one away from you!

Black Velvet Dress (I am in size Medium)| Red Beaded Statement Earrings

This velvet dress is the perfect LBD for the holidays – but the back is the real focal point! I sized up to a medium in this, but it was a tad bit loose in the hips. Depending on your body shape, you could be true to size in this, but if you are more curvy on the bottom, I would recommend sizing up! I went with a medium for reference and would usually be a small in this style of dress. I also paired this with a beautiful pair of red beaded earrings which I thought were the perfect touch for a holiday party!

Red Dress (I am in Size Medium)| Mignonne Statement Earrings

This red dress is sure to be a showstopper at any holiday event you may have this season – it would also be great for a fancy night out for Valentine’s Day! It does have a snug fit, so I would recommend sizing up (I went with a medium). I paired it with these amazing Mignonne earrings – these earrings are definitely an investment piece, but they are hand-made and so very unique!

Velvet Top

I had to show this navy velvet top as a selfie by the window 🙂 so you could see the beautiful color and pattern. You could wear this tucked into black pants, or left untucked with black skinny jeans.

Metallic Leopard Spanx Leggings | Sweatshirt (not Belle & Co)

Everyone is raving about the Spanx leggings for a reason – they are amazing! I actually snagged these during some of the Black Friday sales, but Belle & Co carries this same exact style, and with the 20% off discount code, it’ll make them the same price that the Spanx website was offering last week!

Leopard Sweater | Bootcut Jeans (Petite) | Booties

The color combo of this leopard turtleneck sweater had me at first sight! The sweater is a taupe color and the leopard print is pink! I paired it with these fantastic bootcut jeans that come in a petite size. If you are shorter, then you know that it is sometimes difficult to find bootcut jeans that are the right length and don’t require hemming (hemming bootcut jeans is usually a no-no). I am 5’3″ and this length is perfect for wearing with boots.

Black & White Striped Sweater | Bootcut Denim (Petite) | Booties

This black & white sweater is a great basic and stripes are always a good idea. It has a fun ruffle detail at the shoulders than runs down the front. I paired it with the same bootcut jeans and booties from the earlier picture. I think this sweater would also be great with black dress pants for the office, or even with a black skirt and tights.

Poncho Sweater (one size) | AG Skinny Jeans (The Legging style) | Booties

I liked the idea of this poncho style sweater, especially because it is one size fits all and the waist is adjustable, so you can cinch it up tighter or looser if needed. I layered it over a white turtleneck I already had. I paired this with the AG Legging style skinny jeans and added some fun booties.

Draper James Poncho | AG Jeans (The Legging Style) | Mules

Did you know Draper James is the clothing line started by Reese Witherspoon? I just love her southern style and was excited to try this. A lot of her pieces are blue color ways and you all know blue is my fave color! This poncho is something that works for all body shapes and sizes. I layered it over a white tee as you see here. I love the cable knit and the colors, and feel like this would transition well into spring with white jeans. I do feel like it is a bit long on me, but I think someone taller could carry this really well.

That wraps up the Belle & Co try-on! Be sure to check out my Instagram stories for a closer-up view of the items shown here. I hope you enjoyed this post and were able to find something you love!
