Monday Motivation – Dealing with Stress

Well, the first full week of 2021 probably didn’t go as planned for a lot of us. I ended the week feeling even more stressed, anxious and defeated than I have in a while. There is so much chaos and turmoil in our world and it is so hard to watch, especially when each week seems to bring more and more bad news and events. Layer on the normal stress from our day to day lives and it gets to be too much to handle. I know I am personally feeling it, and I know I am not alone, so this week’s video is focused on little things you can do to help deal with stress, which I think is more important than ever. I am trying hard to remind myself to focus on things I can do each day to help manage my stress levels and maintain at least some control of my day and ultimately my headspace. Enjoy the watch!
