Kitchen Inspo

Hello, hello! Can you believe it’s already the end of July? I am not sure where the year has gone, but strangely, July has felt like the longest month EVER to me! If you follow along on my Instagram stories, then you know I recently kicked off a kitchen remodel project. You guys, the actual work has not even started yet and I can already tell this project is going to be the death of me! There have been so.many.decisions to make, and I am single-handedly coordinating everything. If all goes as planned, the work is supposed to kick off on Monday of next week, but it isn’t going to be quick – I have a feeling it will span into September. Say a prayer for me! Also, quick disclaimer…apologies in advance for the lack of fashion-related blog posts – between work, life and this kitchen project, I have my hands full at the moment! I am still posting {somewhat} regularly on Instagram, and those outfits are usually always linked to the Shop My Instagram page here on the blog, so even if there is not a new blog post, you can check that page for my latest fashion finds (among other things!).

Now back to the kitchen project…I have been wanting to update my kitchen for at least the last year, but I knew it would be a big project. I wanted to take my time and be as thoughtful as possible about the selections, versus making quick decisions based on a current trend or obsession. Thankfully there are endless sources of inspiration between Pinterest and Instagram! I have so many boards and photos saved that have served as inspiration for me throughout this process, so I thought it would be fun to share some of them with you!

I am planning to write a post soon to share details on the things I have selected thus far (counters, paint colors, etc.) in case any of you are about to kick off a kitchen project of your own, so stay tuned for that! Also, once this is all finished, I will definitely share a Before & After post, but that is likely to be a couple months away!
