Have you noticed I’ve been on the ball this week with writing blog posts!? Three new posts in three days…woo hoo! It’s been really hard trying to manage everything these past few months, and sometimes this blog gets placed on the back burner as a result. I’m going to try my best to get more consistent with posting here (but no promises because, well, I can’t predict the future!). That being said, I thought I’d share a Friday Five which I have not done in ages! These are just a few random things that I’ve shared on my Instagram stories the past couple of weeks, but thought it would be good to round them up here on the blog!
I made it a goal at the beginning of 2021 to read at least one book a month, and I am proud to say I have stayed on track with that goal! I just finished The Perfect Couple by Elin Hildebrand and it was SO good!! Loved the characters, the setting, the storyline…there were so many twists and turns and the ending was a shocker! Highly recommend!
I have long admired Allie + Bess bracelets, so when they reached out and offered to send me some I was super excited ! They are SO pretty in person and the quality is fantastic. They source all of their beads from places like Africa and India, and they include five black beads on every bracelet to represent their five children (such a sweet touch!). They have sooooo many options when it comes to creating a stack, and you can mix them all up for different looks to go with whatever you’re wearing. This is so random, but have y’all tried High Noon yet? It’s vodka soda in a can, and I find them at the ABC store. Vodka soda is my cocktail of choice, so when I found out about these, I had to try! I’ve been choosing them over the spiked seltzers most of the summer and they’re definitely my new favorite! Give them a try! Also, got a few questions about this tank last weekend…it’s from Amazon and only $22!
