Favorite Swimsuits of Summer 2018
One of my favorite things to shop for is swimsuits! We spend a lot of time at the beach during the summer, so I usually purchase a couple of new swimsuits every year (if the price is right, it may end up being more than a couple, lol!). My husband and I have a tropical vacation coming up to celebrate our wedding anniversary and I am currently laying out all of my outfits and swimsuits, so I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite swimsuits from this summer, a few of which will be in my suitcase!

One: I am so obsessed with this suit – the colors are so pretty in person! I’ve been saving this one for vacation – can’t wait to wear it. Sizing has been limited in this one all summer as it has sold out quickly on most sites, but I did also find it here on sale in a few sizes – the sale price is awesome!
Two: I was hesitant to purchase this one as I had heard mixed reviews about ordering from this site, but the suit was so cheap that I figured I’d take the risk, and I was so pleasantly surprised! This suit is so flattering on, and the fabric has the ribbing detail which has been a trend I’ve noticed on swimsuits this summer. I also love the color combo! I also tried this same style in this JCrew suit, but my torso was just a tad too short so I had to return it – it’s on sale now for $20 but looks like it’s only available in a few sizes, so act fast if you want it!
Three: If you follow me on Instagram, you have heard me talk about Asos a lot – they are my go-to for unique and affordable swimsuits. This particular suit is so pretty in person – the image does not do the colors justice! I also like the off-the-shoulder top and the bandage stitching. Be warned, this bottom is a bit on the cheeky side 🙂
Four: I have bought JCrew swimsuits for as long as I can remember. The quality and fit of their suits is always great. I have this particular suit in ivory, but it is sold out in most sizes. I really like it in this navy! They also have it in this one piece that I LOVE, especially in the “berry blush” color.
Five: I lusted over this suit all summer, but kept missing it every time it would get restocked in my size! I did end up ordering it one size up since that was all that was available, but it was too big. The colors are super bright in person! The top often shows as out of stock, but they restock returns often, so if you love it, check back and see if it ends up becoming available in your size!
Six: I was so excited to see Lilly Pulitzer come out with a swimsuit line again this year. I lucked up with this one piece, as it is another one that tends to have limited availability on most sites. The top fits like a bra and as expected with Lilly, the colors are so bright and happy in person! I also really love this one and this one!
Seven: This swimsuit fits so so well and is beyond flattering. I also love the pink and red together! The back is cheeky, and I was very hesitant to keep it for that reason, but decided that the fit was just too good to pass up, so I will be wearing it on vacation!
Eight: I have not tried this one, but it is the one piece version of the first swimsuit, so I wanted to be sure to include it if a one-piece is more your style!
I know summer is winding down, but here in North Carolina, it is still blazing hot and we’ll be in swimsuits well into September! Now is a good time to snag a cute suit, especially with all of the end of summer sales! Where is your favorite place to shop for swimsuits?
